The Beef Fillet Shish Kebab

A succulent two skewers prepared to your preference. The skewers are then laid on a bed of our white or brown rice alongside a generous wave of the finest Chef Salad topped with our very own house dressing. Garlic sauce and Hommos accompany our great garlic potatoes. The platter also comes with a choice of fresh veggies and sauces.

This flavorful Falafel delight includes 4 sesame sauce topped Falafel rounds, garlic potatoes and of course the Palaces great garlic sauce - next to an exquisite bed of chef salad topped with your choice of veggies and pickled items, giving an ultimate protein vegetarian experience.

The Esteemed vegetarian platter

The vigorous vegetarian is a platter of plenty; it includes a generous serving of our chef salad and a helping of our classic tabouli salad. The salads complement a sesame topped falafel round, a grape leaf vine role, and the always freshly fried broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and our own home style eggplant.

BBQ Chicken

A taste bud blasting BBQ Fried Chicken. Topped with a choice of veggies this platter comes in a quarter or half portion at your request. This meal also comes along with the Palaces garlic potatoes and garlic sauce as well as fresh Hommos.

BBQ Rainbow Trout

The revered Rainbow trout is delicately prepared to perfection and is served with garlic, Hommos, and a portion of garlic potatoes. A chef salad is also served and is topped with our very own house dressing as well as a choice of veggies.

Good food, but for the amount of customers they receive the place is small. Felt crowded as we were eating due to huge lineup of people waiting to be served.

I have eaten at many different shawarma places in...

I have eaten at many different shawarma places in Ottawa and Shawarma Palace does indeed make good food but the service is disappointing. I called and made reservations for a party of 15 for 7pm. I arrived there quarter to 7 but there was no table set up and the place was packed. There website advertises that they take reservations but in reality they don't take it seriously. In fact, a guy working there said and I quote, "We don't take reservations" and I said well then you shouldn't advertise it on your website. Luckily, the lady I spoke to earlier on the phone was there. Then when they finally set up a table for us, they came by and rudely demanding to know when will all your guests arrive so they can place the order because we are tying up the tables since they are busy. So, they have poor customer service skills but if all you care about is the food then it is great. I must say, I read reviews about the cashier being rude and not freindly and I fully agree and support that. It seems like its a popular spot, it was busy and people kept arriving, why not consider making it a larger space so people can sit and enjoy their food and it won'e feel like they're in a zoo.
